This lot is rather atypical due to its width- length ratio. The house was designed and built without altering the original curves of the sand dune. Structurally it is supported by a few columns and three partitions. One of them closes the barbecue area and supports the loads of the upper floors, offering protection from the south, blocking the views of any neighbor and attaching the outside stairway. Another partition perpendicular to the street organizes the vertical circulation and in front of the house one last partition in an «L» shape anchors the house to the ground. The night area, a protruded white is destined for relaxation and privacy.
